She holds a Ph.D. in religious studies from Duke University and is the author of a number of books, including Grounded: Finding God in the World-A Spiritual Revolution and the widely influential Christianity After Religion: The End of Church and the Birth of a New Spiritual Awakening. Friday night:7 p.m. Grateful: From a Private Feeling to a New Path for Community Saturday morning: 9 a.m. Grateful: A Counter-Cultural Way of Life 11 a.m.- Radical Gratitude: A Way of Resilience and Resistance Lectures will explore the surprising complexity of thanksgiving, how we understand gratitude, how we practice it, and why it is so important in these difficult days. Diana's book, Grateful ll be available for purchase.
